Malit holds a Bachelor’s degree for Quantity Survey from JKUAT, Kenya. He’s a frugal quantity surveyor with capabilities to manage costs associated with building and civil engineering projects. He possesses an excellent foresight and an ability to plan ahead, and his keen attention to detail has uniquely enabled him to successfully manage the costs of complex projects with various construction players, including a QS firm and a construction developer.

He is especially passionate about creating positive change through applying sustainable design principals in the social and environmental facets and he has the capability of keeping costs low and maximizing value for money or profit on a project and has been an asset to the company.
